A contemporary G+6 apartment development designed on a 7,000 sq. ft. west-facing site, envisioned as a refined urban residential landmark that balances modern aesthetics, efficient planning, and comfortable living
The architecture is characterized by bold horizontal bands and layered balcony projections that create a strong visual rhythm across the façade while responding effectively to climatic conditions through shading and depth.
The planning is organized around a centrally positioned staircase and lift lobby, allowing efficient circulation and privacy for multiple residential units on each floor. Spacious living and dining areas, well-ventilated bedrooms, balconies, utility spaces, and internal chowks are carefully integrated to maximize natural light, cross ventilation, and spatial openness throughout the apartments.
The façade composition combines muted earthy tones with crisp white framing elements, giving the building a clean and contemporary identity while enhancing the perception of scale and movement. Recessed openings and projecting balconies establish a dynamic interplay of solids and voids, creating visually balanced elevations that evolve with changing light conditions throughout the day.
The stilt-level parking maintains openness at the ground plane while ensuring functional accessibility and organized vehicular movement. Designed to reflect evolving urban lifestyles, the project creates a harmonious residential environment where thoughtful planning, natural ventilation, and contemporary architectural expression come together to deliver a modern and timeless living experience.
