Defined by clean volumes, deep overhangs, soft material tones, and expansive glazing, the residence achieves a balanced composition that feels modern, elegant, and timeless while promoting comfort, privacy, and everyday functionality.
Ground Floor
The ground floor is envisioned as the primary social and interactive zone of the residence, designed to create a seamless relationship between indoor living spaces and the surrounding landscape. A welcoming entrance verandah and foyer lead into a spacious living area that establishes an open and inviting atmosphere upon arrival. Large openings and thoughtfully positioned windows allow natural light to filter deep into the interiors while maintaining visual continuity with the outdoor greens.
At the heart of the home, the dining space is strategically placed to overlook the expansive eastern garden, becoming a central experiential element of the residence. The dining area extends effortlessly toward the outdoor deck and landscaped zones, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience and creating a calm, naturally lit environment for everyday family interaction.
The kitchen is positioned adjacent to the dining area for functional efficiency and is supported by a dedicated utility and storage space to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. A well-planned bedroom suite on the ground floor provides comfort and accessibility for guests or elderly family members while maintaining privacy from the common areas.
The floor also accommodates parking, service areas, and landscaped pockets that soften the built form and enhance ventilation throughout the residence. The overall spatial planning emphasizes openness, fluid movement, and a strong connection with nature.
First Floor
The first floor is designed as a private family zone that balances comfort, openness, and visual connectivity. A centrally positioned family lounge acts as a semi-private gathering space, connecting all upper-level rooms while overlooking landscaped surroundings and outdoor terraces.
The floor consists of spacious bedrooms designed with large windows, attached dressing spaces, and private toilets to maximize comfort and functionality. Thoughtfully designed balconies and recessed terraces introduce natural light and ventilation into every room while also creating shaded outdoor extensions for relaxation and leisure.
The planning ensures a sense of privacy within each bedroom while maintaining an overall feeling of openness through interconnected circulation and shared family spaces. Soft material tones, natural daylight, and framed outdoor views contribute to a calm and elegant residential atmosphere throughout the floor.
Terrace Floor
The terrace level is conceived as an open recreational zone that complements the minimal architectural language of the residence. Large open terraces create opportunities for informal gatherings, outdoor seating, and future landscape additions while offering uninterrupted sky views and natural openness.
The terrace also integrates essential utility and service functions in a clean and organized manner without disturbing the visual simplicity of the overall design. Extended roof projections, layered volumes, and minimal detailing continue onto the uppermost level, reinforcing the contemporary identity of the residence while enhancing thermal comfort and shading.
The terrace floor ultimately serves as a tranquil outdoor extension of the home, allowing the residents to experience openness, privacy, and connection with the surrounding environment.
