The site faces a road on the East side. The dwelling is designed for a joint family in which spaces are designed to cater to the daily needs that represent them to the new generation.

The ground floor features an east-facing commercial showroom strategically positioned for maximum visibility and accessibility, leveraging road frontage for commercial appeal. The first floor begins with an entrance lobby that acts as a transition from the commercial zone to the private residence. The living area, designed with neutral tones, curved forms, and a textured back panel, exudes warmth and sophistication. A parent’s room is strategically placed for privacy and accessibility. The triple-height courtyard, clad in natural stone with textured finishes and a water feature, enhances ventilation and creates a serene ambiance. A centrally positioned family area connects to the courtyard, dining, and living spaces, fostering interaction.
