This space is overlooked by the upper floor family area and terrace, enhancing vertical connectivity. Two bedrooms with attached dressing and toilets complete the ground floor layout.

First Floor: Overlooking & Interplay of Spaces

The staircase, rising from the dining area, is framed by a textured wall that replicates the jali pattern of the front terrace, reinforcing design continuity. The upper floor passage, intersecting at the family area, visually connects to the courtyard. Three bedrooms with attached dressings and toilets are arranged for privacy, while an activity area, adaptable as a mini theatre, links to the front terrace, offering an open vantage point over the courtyard and family balcony.

Elevation: Dynamic Shadows & Textural Depth

The façade is a composition of geometric depth and shadow play, where jali patterns on the front terrace, staircase wall, and flooring create ever-changing shadow effects. The highlighting feature is the pivoted panels, rotating 360 degrees, allowing for customized openness and shifting shadow patterns. The material palette of tile and textured surfaces lends warmth and tactility, balancing contemporary aesthetics with functional elegance.
